Welcome to Sunny Ohope
I would like to invite you to and a group of your friends to my little patch of paradise, for a two day class with me.
You can choose from any of my classes. If your friend wants to do Sunflowers, and you want to do Clematis, that is fine by me. The classes will be held during weekends, or mid week, if that suits your group.
You have three houses to choose from, depending on the size of your group, and your preference for location.

The cost for the class is $220 per person.
This includes two nights’ accommodation, the venue costs, and my class fee.
The class will be held in the lounge of the house, with extra tables provided if needed.
You will bring; your own linen and food, and your materials and equipment for the class.
There are several nice eating and take away places in Ohope, or you could drive to Whakatane for your meals.

Capeview 7-9 people
Capeview is at the quiet end of Ohope.
Built in the 1990’s, the house has recently been very nicely redecorated. There is a lovely outside deck with sea and harbour views.
You could barbeque your dinner and lunch on the deck, and take a walk to the beach during the lunch break. Cafes and shops are 10 minutes drive away.
Capeview has six bedrooms, and will suit a group of seven to nine people. The sewing space in the lounge has two large tables and more tables will be provided for bigger groups. There is also a lounge downstairs.
The cost for a retreat at this property is $220.00 per person which includes your accommodation for two nights, venue costs, and my class fee.
Bring your own food and linen.
A non refundable deposit of $45.00 per person is payable to confirm the booking for this property.

Oceanview 4-7 people
This house is really lovely, and the sewing space in the lounge is huge. If you like a little bit of luxury, this one is for you.
This property would suit your group if you have four to seven people.
There are lots of bathrooms, and a good view of harbour and ocean. You will love the walks on the harbour during your breaks, and the beach is not far away.
Oceanview is at the quiet end of Ohope. Cafes and shops are 10 minutes away in your car.
The cost for a retreat at this property is $220.00 per person, which includes your accommodation for two nights, venue costs, and my class fee.
Bring your own food and linen.

Ohope Central 3- 6 people
If you like to be near the shops and cafes, you will love this modern spacious house, in busy central Ohope. You could walk to the cafe for your morning tea and lunch, and dine at ToiToi for dinner.
There are sea views, and the house has a good sewing space on the downstairs level.
This property suits a group of three to six people. One of the beds is a sofa bed, in the downstairs sewing space. There are two bathrooms upstairs and one downstairs.
The cost for a retreat at this house is $220 per person. This includes your accommodation for two nights, venue costs, and my class fee.
